Bed shaper – mulch foil layer machine is machine that simultaneously form bed and lay plastic, biodegradable or cellulosic film at the same time. We also manufacture machines that only forms bed in which the plants will be planted and machines that only lay foil on previously prepared bed, or on flat soil (without prepared bed). Bed forming machines can be mounted with 2 types of rollers that shapes top of the bed: 1. Cylindrical roller - creates leveled top of the bed 2 V shaped roller - creates top of the bed that is slightly elevated in middle causing slope from middle to the edge of the bed which prevents containing water on the bed Bed forming machines can create beds dimensions as follows: 1. MultiPlant is machine intended to transplant seedlings in ground. Usage of this machine, compared with manual transplantation, reduces needed labour and also transplantation time. Mulch foil remover MFR is machine that lifts and gathers foil as well as drip irrigation system hoses. This machine allows quick and efficient removal of mulch foil from soil, after vegetation of plant is over, which saves time and resources for farmers because handling and operating with machine require only two workers and one tractor 70 – 120 HP. WORKING PRINCIPLE: 1. Cutting discs cuts soil releasing foil for easier removal. 2. Foil lift plough digs foil up and lifts foil from the ground. 3. Foil is wrapped around cones powered by hydraulic motor. 4. Cones that are fully wrapped are easly emptied by separating two cones.
