Item No. : PT-007 Paper tube with clear plastic cylinder, embedded cotton string hangtag in lid, clear PET cap in lid and base. Product made of 157gsm art paper, PET cylinder, 1.5mm thick tube, clear PET vac tray and cotton string hangtag. We have seamless edge cylinder and seamed edge cylinder for customer's option. The plastic cylinder can be printed or foil stamped with customer’s illustrations and trademark. Plastic cylinder’s diameter and height can be adjusted based on customer’s request. Unique design suitable for the packaging of chocolates, candies, tea tins and more.

Item No. : CP-007 Paper tube with curled edges and build-in inserts glued in the neck. Product made of 157gsm art paper, 1.5mm thick paper tube and 1800gsm grey board for top panel, bottom panel and built-in insert. EVA foam glued in the lid and at the bottom to protect the bottle. Built-in inserts not only to keep the products in position, but also help to protect the products from damage. Tube’s diameter and height can be adjusted based on customer’s product size. The tube not only can pack round bottle, but also other shapes of bottle. This packaging is safe enough to protect the inside product ( 460g full filled perfume bottle ). It pass the drop testing from 60cm height at any angle. Unique and elegant design for the packaging of perfumes, candles or red wines. The product is to show our manufacturing expertise only. Product made of patterned paper, 1200gsm greyboard, 1.2mm thick white tube and 0.3mm thick PET for window. Various colors and patterns for the wrapping paper are available for customer to choose from. The wrapping paper can be replaced by printed art paper with customer's illustrations and logo. Various features like spot UV, embossing and foil stamping ect. are applicable. We also offer 100% recyclable option - recyclable paper and bio-degradable coating for customer to choose from. We also can use aluminium foil for the inside of the tube to prevent moisture. Product is suitable for chocolate packaging, candy packaging, biscuit packaging, perfume packaging and more.

Product is made of wood grain textured paper, 1.2mm thick paper tube and 0.3mm thick PET for windows. We have various colors and patterns paper for customers to choose from. The patterned paper can be replaced by printed art paper with customer’s illustrations. Special features – spot UV, embossing, foil stamping are applicable upon request. Window shape and size can be adjusted based on customer’s request as long as not too huge. Eco-friendly materials (food grade glue, soy ink etc.) are used to ensure that materials are safe for food packaging. Unique design for the packaging of chocolates, candies, biscuits and more.
