AL-SWS

The laser welding systems of the AL series can be used universally. They might be integrated into existing machine structures or used with an application device for manual welding. In combination with our NC-controlled laser machining table AL-T you get a real professional solution. We offer the required performance class for every application. You can choose between 75 and 900 W. There is a wide range of processing lenses and equipment options for these laser systems. Regardless of whether you use a simple 90 ° deflection lens, the tilt-swivel lens or our circular welding lens - the laser beam always reaches the desired point on the workpiece with pinpoint accuracy. The ALW is a comfortable, ergonomic, and compact seated workstation that offers plenty of legroom, and which can be adjusted to the height of the operator via the height-adjustable foot plate. The observation lens offers a variable viewing angle from 10° – 50°, thus ensuring comfortable working. The closed, laser-proof housing makes the ALW a laser-protected workplace that can be used in a normal production environment without additional safety precautions. The laser system is easy to operate. In addition to configuring via the display, the laser parameters can be adjusted via the patented multifunction footswitch or adapted accordingly during welding. The large doors of the ALW can be opened wide. This facilitates easy loading.

This laser cutting device can be programmed quickly, which makes it the ideal tool for fast manufacturing small quantities. Draw - convert - cut. The cutting paths generated by CAD are converted in minutes and can be cut directly. A nesting tool (option) makes full use of its advantages, particularly in series production. It ensures optimal use of material so that no material is wasted unnecessarily. The AC requires a small footprint of 1340 x 1180 mm but offers a spacious work area with 500 x 500. Sheets of any length can be processed because there is a feedthrough on the back.

The ALM laser system is particularly suitable for welding large molds and tools, housings and machine components - wherever mobility and maneuverability are required. With the ALM you have exactly the mobility you need for welding. No matter whether in your own workshop or on site at the customer. The laser is ready for use within a few minutes. The arm can be quickly adjusted to the area to be welded and fixed in the desired working position using electro-hydraulic brakes. The operator then has the option of welding manually using a joystick or semi-automatically. One or more axes are automatically moved at a preset speed and with the joystick curves can be driven or small corrections made.
