Our team consists of architectural designers, structural engineers, design consultants and builders, all with more than ten years’ experience of creating wonderful homes throughout London. Our comprehensive service includes the drawing up of comprehensive designs, including specific details materials and finishes; the management of the entire process of obtaining planning permission for your project; and the drafting of a detailed project budget and work schedule. APT Renovation offers our clients the opportunity for them to carry out both the design and build elements of a project with a single company, from the initial discussions of overall design concepts, to the completion of the build. Such a comprehensive approach allows us complete control of the entire process, enabling us to deliver each project on time and within an agreed budget. Even after the build has commenced, you will be able to make changes to the detail of the Project Plan, whether this be to make adjustments to the type of flooring you would like, or to alter the finish of your windows or in your kitchen. A Building Inspector will make regular visits during the project, to ensure that we abide by all the latest Building Regulations. On completion of all building works, the Building Inspector will issue a Completion Certificate.
