Massage: in depression, fear, insomnia, nervous exhaustion. For skin toning - 2 k. petitgrain in 50 ml of base oil (almond, wheat germ, apricot kernels). Under stress - 50 ml of apricot kernel oil, 3 tbsp. petitgrain, 1 k. rose or 50 ml of apricot kernel oil, 4 tbsp. orange, 2 k. petitgrain, 2 k. patchouli. For stretch marks - 30 ml of almond oil, 15 ml of wheat germ oil, 2 tbsp. rose, 2 k. neroli, 2 k. rosemary, 2 tbsp. petitgrain, 2 k. ylang-ylang.
