Stand-alone label applicator head for retrofitting

The Stick from CDA is a standalone unit designed to apply adhesive labels to materials of all kinds (such as cartons, boxes, canisters, rectangular bottles, buckets, bags-in-box, etc.). The application head can be integrated into an existing conveyor system using a height and depth adjustable holder with a crank. Alternatively, this labeling machine can be mounted on an optionally height-adjustable stainless steel frame and equipped with one or two labeling heads. For labeling the tops of products, the Stick can also be fitted with a swivel head. The operation of this machine is extremely straightforward via a touchscreen. As a standalone automatic labeling solution, the Stick is versatile and suitable for various industries such as food processing, breweries, chemical products, cosmetics, as well as the production of wines and spirits.
