The principle of profilPLUS allows for time-saving assembly. For this, ROLEC designers have come up with "one-screw adjustment". Suitable adapters for existing connections to panels from leading manufacturers such as Siemens, B&R, CRE Rösler and Beckhoff have also been designed. All system couplings have also been pre-fitted with a support profile as standard, saving time. The ducts in the interior of the system provide space for multiple cables such as e.g. HDMI, DVI or a network adapter. Cable protectors are integrated into all rotating system elements as standard. The integrated equipotential bonding protects humans and machinery. A set screw system in the joints serves to adjust to any pivoting range in 30° steps. For larger loads, a reducer adapter also enables connection of profiPLUS 50 to the larger profiPLUS 70 system.

starCASE is a true multipurpose enclosure made from flame-retardant Luran. starCASE is ideally suited for almost every kind of application and also a perfect enclosure for the visual range thanks to its ergonomic and modern design. There are numerous fastening options: be it wall, ceiling, sheet piling or machine fastening – everything is possible. The integrated recess in the lid enables films, membrane keypads or front plates to be attached easily – depending on individual requirements Beneath the design covers on the curves of the enclosure are lid screws and separate screw channels for fastening the enclosure. These enable the housing to be attached with the lid closed. Practical lid supports provide simultaneous strain relief for the internal lid mounting. An optional lid lock prevents unauthorised access to the internal mountings. Matching accessories and cable glands are also available.

profiPANEL enables a total of eight mounting depths to be provided for. Thanks to this wide range of depths, profiPANEL therefore enables almost every conceivable configuration for the internal mounting of components to be realised. The enclosure front of the profiPANEL system is manufactured made-to-measure and provides for the almost edgeless and flush mounting of a front plate. Appropriate cut-outs for a display, switches and more are included in the service provided by ROLEC and are produced ex-works to meet customer specifications. The profiPANEL series includes two desk models for internal mounting. An ergonomically designed profile handle system is available for even more convenient handling, particularly with the deeper profile versions. There is also a 450-mm wide latching keyboard holder as an alternative to the desk, which can be enhanced and/or extended by an additional mouse holder.

commandCASE is a functional economical and elegant control enclosure for electrical or electronic applications. Due to its construction depth, it is ideally suited to connection to a suspension arm system. commandCASE is available in three versions: with hinges and quick-acting closure (also lockable), with hinges and screw or as a fully-screwed version with lid supports to provide strain-relief on the internal mounting in the lid. A recess to accommodate membrane keypads, front plates or to fit an operating panel has already been integrated. On the reverse, the screw channels are covered with cover caps, which also serve as edge protection. On the bottom and top are numerous fastening domes for attaching internal mounting. Mounting plates, matching cable glands and other accessories are also available.
