Filtersafe filters are ‘modular’ by design and can be couple together or linked by manifold to enable flexibility in installation and system types. Our vertical filters operate in the exact same manner as a horizontally positioned unit and to the same performance standard, whilst substantially reducing its area footprint. Filtersafe is proud to offer explosion proof (EX) and pneumatically operated models. We also have experience in delivering ASME & PED standard pressure vessels.

Filters made at our factory in Nantes (France) This filter uses the same principle than Standard Pleated Cardboard Filter with a polyester media sticked at the back in order to increase filtration efficiency for dry dusts. Advantages of this filter : - Lifetime up to 3-4 times longer than other filtering medias on the market - Better filtration efficiency than Standard Pleated Cardboard Filter - Easy installation and manipulation This filter can be used in all spray booths with horizontal and vertical airflow. Construction : This filter is made of 2 layers of recycled kraft paper, perforated, pleated and glued with a polyester media at the back. The quality of kraft paper (250g/m²) guaranties rigidity of the filter in all positions. Standard widths : - 1m - 0,90m - 0,75m Other dimensions and cuts on demand.
