Inspiring Zùsto Creations cookbook. Curated by Inca’cao’s chef Vincent Bulteel. He invited 17 of Belgium’s Finest Chefs to share their inspiring passion. Vincent’s initiative emerged because he believes that “sugarfree” is not taken seriously today. He combined Zùsto, “the” Belgian sugar substitute, with inviting colleagues / friends of pastry chefs to give an overview of the possibilities of the product. * Please note this book contains recipes with flour and other nonketo ingredients
