The REVO RT is a compact power controller unit, which integrates inside a single phase static group for each loop for control of the electrical power. Each unit manages 3 independent control loops. The unit can be purchased with the diagnostic functions for the load and for the SCRs. In this case there is a amperometric transformer for each channel. Each power channel is always equipped with extra rapid fuses . The power inside the unit, current transformer and extra rapid fuses in a single unit save a considerable space inside the panel and time for wiring . Available in the following currents: 35, 50, 75 and 90A with maximum voltages 480V and 600V.

The power controllers REVO TH are one of the latest born into the REVO family. Despite the formidable compactness, inside there are three independent SCR power units , which thanks to thyristor abundantly oversized in their junctions, they can manage currents up to 90A with a maximum voltage of 600V. Using Modbus and/or the more common fieldbus, multiple units can be connected to each other and therefore the ideal application area is the control of heating elements on multiple zones such as the simultaneous control of multiple IR lamps. REVO PB allows you to reduce the costs of electricity in industrial thermal processes. REVO PB is able to optimize your industrial electric heating systems and make your production processes more flexible. With traditional heating systems based on resistors and multi-zone power controllers, when you turn on the load you have a great impact on the peak absorption and when you modulate the load to keep the temperature constant you introduce a lot of disturbances into the electrical network. This leads to possible malfunctions of the electronic control and penal systems by the energy supplier. REVO PB power controllers are among the latest in the REVO family expanding REVO PN Family up to 90 A per channel. This is the ideal unit in cases where it is necessary to control and optimize the power. Its optimization algorithm, like an orchestra conductor, distributes the required power of the individual zones while keeping the total power absorbed on the line as constant as possible.

REVEX PA is the latest born in the REVEX family. The REVEX are positioned between the two families REVO S and REVO C in terms of price and performance. The main characteristic is that they can be configured according to your needs by eliminating of all options that you do not want to use, in order to reduce the purchase price. It is an extremely flexible and performing unit. The REVEX PA is a three-phase unit with higher functions compare to the other REVEX 3PH models, because it is able to carry out phase angle firing with or without Current Limit. REVEX PA is therefore a unit suitable for driving inductive loads, such as three-phase transformers. The algorithms inside the unit allow the control of the power even for special loads, such as MoSi2 and SiC heating elements. It is suitable for controlling both normal resistive loads and short, medium or long wave infrared lamps.
