CLAYPENNY PROPERTIES

We have over 55 properties, which provide furnished accommodation to more than 300 Sheffield students. We pride ourselves on providing affordable student accommodation, which places emphasis on security, safety, comfort and energy efficiency. We refurbish all of our properties on a regular basis, to ensure that we're up to date with all the modern standards and requirements of today's students. Our Sheffield student houses are located in the S11, Ecclesall Road, S10, and Broomhall areas.
