We consider the future test strategy in the design phase and implement it in parallel with production. Among other things, during the development phase, we think ahead to consider the test contacts for the test fixture. An ICT test without test contacts is also possible. Our forethought helps to avoid the need for expensive corrections or additional production steps.

The QuellTech laser sensor family Q4 or Q5 used for these tasks is generally mounted on an arm of a rotational axis, to scan along the complete 360° angle of the internal surface in a sequence of strips. The Q4 sensors can also be used to control the weld seam tracking itself for rapid setup and ease of use. Even during a project, the range and scope of the Q Series sensor demonstrates the advantages of a modular system to quickly adapt to project needs, where the smallest system has provided fast analysis of pipes as small as 105mm. The low power, with standard communication protocols, enable battery powered systems to transmit wireless data to other systems for review and cloud back up.

The Kuhnke CIO compact I / O connects various input and output signals in a compact housing for the DIN rail. The process data are made available via the CANopen interface according to the device profile CiA 401 of the higher-level control system. The design of electrical systems and the creation of circuit diagrams are carried out on SEE Electrical, with all common output formats. Our electrical warehouse contains over 2,500 items. Annually we build more than 60 switch cabinets in all all sizes.
