Our MiniPleat products are pleated on inhouse designed pleating machines and feature exceptional strength, efficiency, dust holding capacity and low air flow resistance. We offer our MiniPleats in several pleat heights and tested according to various standards (EN779, ISO16890, Ashrae 52.2). Our MiniPleats, utilized in panel filters, are deployed in a variety of applications where technical reliability and a long service life is a must.

Filters made at our factory in Nantes (France) Standard Filtr’Overspray is well adapted to filtration of paint overspray in spray booths. It is easy to manipulate and to stock. Its lifetime, 6 times longer than other filtering medias on the market, allows to make important costs reductions. This filter is perfectly adapted to filtration of any wet overspray particles (paints, varnishes, gel coat, glue, silicone, polyester etc…) Advantages of this filter : - Lifetime up to 6 times longer than other filtering medias on the market - Easy installation and manipulation - Environment friendly materials according to ISO 14000 - Adapted to filtration of solvent paints and water based paints This filter can be used in all spray booth with horizontal and vertical airflow.

The new Cora®Pleat element is a self-developed product, which is produced in a specifically built production line in Weißenhorn. In this way, Filtertechnik Jäger provides you with products that are developed and manufactured in Germany. Cora®Pleat filter elements are designed for usage in conventional and widely used bag filter housings. The use of folded filter material and the application of a special design and production method, results in filter elements which not only make the bag filter system considerably more effective, but also decisively improve profitability. Bag filters are characterized by a user-friendly application. The previously known disadvantage of the relatively small available filter area is cancelled by the Cora®Pleat element.
