The union of several processes in a single installation designed and manufactured according to your needs. We manufacture manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic machines (Automatic Multi-Stage - AMS) with complete programming of all functions. After years of R&D, we have developed specific multi-stage solutions for industries such as Injection moulding, implantology, contact lenses, food and machining, among others. This technology has been conceived for manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace, contact lens, medical and pharmaceutical technology (prosthetics, implantology, etc.) and all types of precision mechanical components, as well as other applications. Within our new range of multi-frequency ultrasonics we have developed bi-frequency configurations of 28 - 40 kHz, 40 kHz - 80 kHz and tri-frequency of 80 - 100 - 120 kHz.

A suitable and customised ultrasonic machine had to be built to effectively clean customer specific parts of all parameters for each basket. In addition, an automatic system for loading and unloading the baskets from start to finish and a data collection system for all basket parameters. Our solution consisted of an ultrasonic machine with 8 stages, each equipped with a specialised solution for each stage of the cleaning process. The entire process automated with a robot to ensure that process deadlines are met. An electrical panel with a touch screen to control and monitor the installation. We provided to the customer included a specially designed area for the loading and unloading of the baskets. In addition, a basket presence detectors were installed to allow constant monitoring during loading and unloading. We also developed a water purification and filtration plant to produce and maintain the water quality required by the customer throughout the cleaning process.
