DOMAINE ENCLOS DES ANGES - Cave à vins à Calvi

Picture a sailor who has arrived from Ireland, accustomed to harsh, rainy climates, toiling the arid soil under Corsica's blazing sun, and a professor of oenology from Montpellier, enthusiastic about both wine and human beings (including his children and animals). Together, they create the happy, sweetly mad atmosphere that prevails at L’Enclos. Two wine ranges, Sesto and Fratecillo, are the result of this fine collaboration.
