Domaine Poiron Dabin’ history dates back to 1858. Six generations of winegrowers have worked hard in order to create a beautiful estate in Château Thébaud, in the South of Brittany in France. Now, it is 2 brothers who are keeping this skill alive. Laurent and Jean-Michel Poiron joined forces to create Poiron Dabin. This human-sized domain is a team of 11 highly competent workers taking care of 160 acres. As for Laurent and Jean-Michel, they are multi-functional…Being professional, dynamic and different is very important for us. Our main product is Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie, representing 136 acres. Our particularity is our ‘sur lie’ method. We are the only winery to use this method for all our production. We stir the lees at a secret date, according to the moon calendar, during 14 months and we bottle all all our wine in November. Our Muscadet is fed with antioxidant and its aromas are stable. Thus, our wine is better and for a longer time.
