Development

Developing a new product is a lengthy process that starts with a conversation where you can give us more information on what your needs are. It is the part of the procces where we define who the product will be intended for, how it will be marketed, and determine all of the other parameters, such as whether the product will be of natural origin or whether it will also contain chemical elements. This is followed by making a sample where you check the structure, lubricity, absorbency and other defining properties. Based on your comments and feedback, the product is finished and thus the appropriate product can be finally manufactured. In the last phase, the color in the scent of the product are determined.

Pôle Cosmétique specialises in the contract manufacture of cosmetics. Our production facility is equipped to handle small runs (50kg / 500 bottles) as well as larger runs (> 1 tonne / > 10,000 bottles), in full compliance with GMP hygiene and quality standards. Our various packaging pumps can fill liquid products (oils, lotions), semi-viscous products (shampoos, milks) and viscous products (creams, toothpastes) in most types of bottle (jars, pump bottles, airless bottles, etc. from 5mL to 1L). Pôle Cosmétique does not stop there, but also subcontracts all the operations involved in delivering the product in its final packaging, under your brand: batching, labelling, boxing, shrink-wrapping, boxing and palletising.
