Thanks to our extensive expertise, customers are guaranteed maximum availability and a long service life, regardless of whether the air is carrying chips, fibrous material or aggressive or explosive gas mixtures. As a result of using fans in entire systems, Scheuch COMPONENTS has acquired a wealth of experience with specific requirements in a wide range of sectors and industries. For example, hot gas radial fans for high temperatures or double flow radial fans for large volumetric flows. For systems that need to be cleaned more frequently, SwingOut & PullOut radial-fans can be used.

Owing to the fact the the TFV 10 S model is crafted of literally indestructible polythene, it is extremely easy to operate and lightweight yet it is rigid enough to withstand the wear and tear of daily use. Adding to this, it consists of parts that are all crafted from metal, which not only assures that the turbo fans are purposed to cater to the challenges that are daily put forward on them, but also proves that they are built for long service life. The TFV 10 S can perform at several angles such as 0°, 45°, 90°, which shows that the turbo fans are are extremely versatile and hence are perfectly suited for requirements such as plaster, screed, cavity drying, carpet, maintenance cleaning, floor drying, ventilation of seep surfaces in office spaces, bowling alleys and gyms, ceiling and wall drying and particularly wooden beams.

In the fluid dynamics laboratory of our Wasserburg competence centre, we design new fan wheels and turbines and optimise existing systems for performance, energy efficiency and noise emissions. We also develop complete systems of wheels with power units. Our range of tests includes suction operation, pressure operation and also unpressurised measurements. Revolutions up to 40,000 r/min and diameters of up to 250mm are possible. In our prototype department, we are able to simulate or modify the environmental circumstances of the fan wheels or turbines, thus achieving optimal operational conditions. Furthermore, we carry out mould-flow analysis, use ANSYS from external partners for the flow simulation and establish the fault probability and fault effect with FPFEs.
