ECONOX - French container for textil or others waste

The ECO S is available in the following versions : one or two doors. 3 or 5 points. The container has no threshold and can be using the 70 mm - wide strainless steel padlock. The padlock has a 10 mm boron alloy octogonal shackle ans a 4 pin precision cylinder with its plastic protected lock. With a useful capacity or 2.4m3 (384 kg of textiles), its revolging drum makes it impossible to reach inside, while still making it possible to insert up to 70 liter bags.

In light of the problems of security encountered mainly in very urban areas, and with the desire to provide a waste collection tool that prevents intrusion by individuals of short stature. Designed in galvanised sheet with a thickness of 1.25 mm (0.049ins.) compared to 1 mm (0.39 ins.) used by the main competitores, this container has an innovative horizontal filling method. The patented key closing system is also of real importance in our clients'opérations : It prevents padlock "breaking" and lock picking a special housing called the "2900 housing" Designed like ready to assemble furniture and mouted with a stainless steel rivet, the Eco Zr is the guarantee of easy maintenance and durability. The epoxy paint used in its fabrication is certainly also a guarantee of its long-term durability. With a capacity of 2.2 m3 (77.69ft3) for a weight of 160 kg (352.74 lbs.), its design is indisputably pleasant. Available in several colors, it also comes with an option of front padlock holder.

The mini-bunker is designed completely in line with the bunker container and ou "kit" process, and its imposing appearance disocurages tampering.

Created in collaboration with one our partners, the waste cage was designed to optimise its maintenance. It has similar dimensions to the automatic dumper and two fixed wheels and two castor wheels that are resistant to the most irregular ground. Fabricated in painted steel, maintenance is simplified by entirely removable and replace panes.

In light of the problems facing waste collectiong center and operating problems related to their repair and maintenance, this container was designed to combat the phenomena of nocturnal visits to sorting and recycling center. Put together with HM 10 bolt, the access door can be shifted to allow for problems of placement imposed by communities and the private sector.
