Ellison-Webb Training is an independent specialist company providing a wide range of Food Safety, HACCP, Nutrition, and Health & Safety courses, as well as ‘Train the Trainer’ courses for those wishing to train in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Having been established in the West Midlands for almost 20 years, we are one of the leading Food Safety training providers in the region, and in more recent years opened an office in Cornwall, serving customers in the South West.As well as providing a range of open courses in both Birmingham and Cornwall, we deliver courses at venues throughout the UK as required by our customers. We also offer advice and consultancy to assist companies to develop and implement HACCP systems, Internal Auditing, and Health & Safety policies and practices, as well as to ensure legal compliance, or for food business start-ups.Ellison-Webb Training is an accredited centre for the Chartered Institute for Environmental Health (CIEH), the Royal Society for
