For over 40 years the Emairel plastic processing company has specialised in thermoforming. We work in a wide variety of fields, such as automobile, packaging, caravaning, medical, POS, logistics packing. Quality and sustainability, respect for the client and team-spirit are the cornerstones of our family-run company's philosophy. This is why in 2007 we took the decision to expand our activities to include the development of environmentally-friendly solutions for city mobility, electric vehicles for private and commercial users, as well as renewable energy projects such as, for example, micro wind turbines for domestic uses.Our core industrial expertise lies in thermoforming, 3- and 5-axis machining, assembly, as well as more traditional skills that include pressing and stamping, vacuum forming and upholstery in leather or imitation leather.
