TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Setting time : 30 to 40 minutes • Hardening time : 1 to 2 hours. • Second coating : after 3 hours • Adherence : complies with NFT 30 608 SUITABLE SURFACES All types of interior surfaces complies with DTU 59.1 : plaster, plasterboard, plaster blocks, concrete, cement coating, breeze blocks, cellular concrete, bricks, ceramic, old paintwork, old painted fibreglass, floor tiles, wall tiles, etc. COVERINGS After the filler has completely dried, it can be covered using all types of paints, plaster-based coatings, paste coatings, wallpaper paste. PREPARATION OF SURFACES Surfaces must comply with standard DTU 59.1 and be clean, dry and free from dust and any trace of separating agent. Correctly open up, bevel and dust off the cracks.

Calcium Formate 98% is used as an animal feed preservative. It acidifies the feed and by doing so, it prevents the growth of microbes and increases the shelf life of the feed. It prevents the growth of bacteria and fungi. It is used as a masking agent in chrome tanning of leather because it enhances the efficiency of leather penetration of the chrome. Calcium Formate is also used as a replacement of formic acid for the pickling process. It is also used as a grout and cement additive. It adds desirable properties to the final products. It helps increase hardness and decrease the setting time. It prevents the corrosion of metal substrates within cement or grout. It very effectively prevents efflorescence. Calcium Formate functions as a fire retardant in drywall. Its mixtures with urea are very effective deicers. These cause less corrosion of steel and cement surfaces.

Primarily, Triethanolamine is used in making surfactants. It is used as a corrosion inhibitor. It is used as a neutraliser for fatty acids. It is used to adjust and buffer the pH. It solubilises oils and other insoluble ingredients. In some specific cases Triethanolamine salts are more soluble than the alkali metal salts. It is used as an additive in cement production because it facilitates the grinding process. It is found in many ear-drops that are used for treating ear diseases and infections. It is also used as a complexing agent for aluminium ions in aqueous solutions. In photographic processing too Triethanolamine is very useful.

AGRANA starch ethers are used in gypsum, slaked lime, cement and slaked cement to rapidly and reliably ensure the desired product consistency.
