FXL magnetic clamping blocks are available in many sizes and designs. They can be manufactured with one or more clamping surfaces and different pole sizes. As with the FXL magnetic clamping plates, they are controlled by an FXL-C control unit; optionally with only one channel or also with several channels in order to be able to control the individual clamping surfaces of a block separately.

SWR magnetic clamping brackets are switchable, precise devices that meet the highest quality requirements. Each leg can be switched separately and the holding force can be infinitely adjusted for positioning. The prismatic ground underside enables work to be carried out on flat and round material. SWR is available in the following versions: SWR 150, angular adjustment locking at 30,45,90,120,150,180° or free via locking screw. SWR 180, angle adjustment 45°-225°.

FXE-T2500/50 and 4000/80 electro-permanent lifting magnet trusses in compact design with onBoard control technology are designed for frequent handling of larger formats. Like FXE lifting magnets, they can be operated directly from mains voltage and are therefore very quickly installed and ready for use. They can be controlled directly on the unit or optionally via remote control. The FXE-T6400/80 electro-permanent lifting magnet truss is a fully equipped standard unit with all options. The truss with 6400 kg max. lifting capacity is equipped with sliding magnetic modules and can thus safely move sheet metal formats from min. 1200mm length to max. 6000mm length.

Permanent magnetic chucks type PMNEO are super strong, compact plates for heavy cutting. Parts from about 30x15x6mm can be stretched with max. achievable holding forces. Good holding forces can be achieved even on rough surfaces. Optional pole blocks can be built on the PMNEO. This allows turning up the workpiece so that all sides are freely accessible, can be drilled on the magnetic clamping plate and leaves more space for accumulating chips around the component. This allows long-running HSC milling-pieces never sink into the resulting chips. The chipboard is activated via a removable hex shifter. The PMNEO magnetic clamping plate, in 48mm height, is prepared to integrate reference elements directly into the magnetic chuck, so that no additional spectrum is required underneath the magnet.

FX-HVS HV systems allow the user to swivel the load suspended on the crane by 90°. By simply locking it to the system, the load can change position from horizontal to vertical at any time. FXL-RR magnetic chucks are especially suitable for the rotationally symmetrical machining of rings, sleeves and flanges. The radial pole pitch ensures uniform clamping over the entire contact area and additional mechanical positioning and clamping aids can be inserted into the T-slots in the poles. The T-slots provide the further option of also using mobile or fixed pole extensions to free the workpiece or to clamp it without pull-down.

FX-VV HOT for hot parts. A special permanent magnet system allows working temperatures of up to 300°C for a maximum of 5 minutes and of 250°C permanently. Battery-powered load lifting magnets are location-independent and flexible like permanent load lifting magnets and at the same time have the advantage of remote controllability and operability at the push of a button. They are mainly used where larger loads are continuously handled, as they can be switched without physical effort. Another common application is where access to the touchdown point is difficult. All our battery-powered lifting magnets are equipped with an IR remote control and a high-quality, deep discharge-proof gel battery. Equipped with pole type 50+ in long narrow design and a maximum load capacity of 400/600/1000 kg, which is achieved with material thicknesses from 15mm, these easy-to-guide and operate devices are recommended for lifting battens, rails, pipes, beams and bars.
