Fromagerie Cap'ré is a French family business which both farms and produces. With around 1 600 goats, we can produce and sell 60 tons of cheese per year: curd (soft white cheese) raw, thermised, pasteurised, with dry extract, requested by the client as well as by tomme. Tomme of farmhouse goat's cheese: silver medal at CAPRINOV 2023. We work with industrialists, cheese-makers and refiners.
