Filter material

The filter materials VYON® and GURON® are sintered, porous low-pressure polyethylenes whose polymer particles fuse together at their points of contact. Since 1965, with the founding of the KOPP Filter Technology department, KOPP has been offering its customers individual and tailor-made solutions: numerous filter devices for liquid filtration, filter material for filtration, separation, ventilation and ventilation as well as silencers. The traditional Aachen company relies on the high-quality filter materials VYON® and GURON® - open-pored low-pressure polyethylenes with outstanding positive properties such as physiological harmlessness, temperature resistance, high corrosion and chemical resistance, low weight, environmental friendliness and a favorable cost/benefit ratio. Arguments with which KOPP filter materials have been convincing for decades.

Cellular rubber made by KOPP is the ideal material for sealing, insulating, insulating, dampening and as rattle protection. Cellular rubber is a porous, closed-cell rubber quality that is available in various strengths and densities. It is manufactured using the so-called expansion process - based on natural and/or synthetic rubbers, such as EPDM and other synthetic elastomers. Cellular rubber is airtight and waterproof and therefore (unlike foam rubber) does not require an outer skin to be used as a seal. We supply you with the material cellular polyethylene as blocks, sheets or rolls, further processed into strips, punched parts, molded parts or milled parts, with or without self-adhesive coating. Cellular polyethylene is one of the most versatile and modern cellular materials when it comes to application and processing quantity. That's why we produce and sell an enormous range of cross-linked PE foams in variable densities, many colors and compression hardnesses. In addition, KOPP offers you electrically conductive, static-dissipative and flame-retardant PE qualities. This program is rounded off by high-quality EVA and a unique EPDM-PE blend. The material cellular polyethylene All of our cellular polyethylene qualities combine the positive properties of a plastic: high aging resistance, high chemical resistance, low emission values, exceptionally uniform density, they are odor-free and can be thermoformed.
