As a Gulsenoglu baklava, We are primarily the frozen baklava exporting company, but also we have other production lines for dry baklava, frozen raw baklava ex. We claim that our products does not contain any GMO corn-syrup, only uses high-quality sugar obtained from Turkish beets. We never use any additives . All exports are frozen or dry. Our Factory is in Bursa (90minutes to İstanbul). we have 3 tons production capacity a day. Our frozen baklavas have 1 year shelf life. Ready to eat after 2 hours in room temperature or 30 seconds in a microwave.
