In addition, we provide Brisura truffle (truffle in boats with water and salt for truffle products, such as cheeses, meats or sauces) and dehydrated truffle for snacks, oil or sauces. Both the brisura and the dehydrated truffle are intended for the industrial sector and we have two varieties, the black winter truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) and the summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum).
