H guide unit for pneumatic cylinders ISO Ø12 to Ø100 Long guide on ball bushings or bronze bearings Protected by wipers seals H guide unit according ISO standard This Classic series of linear guide unit is the most common on the market. It ensure the guiding and antirotation of the payload, the floating coupling protects the rod of the cylinder from any mechanical stress. Adapted to the ISO6432 (Ø12 to 25) and ISO15552 (Ø32 to 100) cylinders, we can also adapt other types of pneumatic cylinders or electric actuators. Guide unit on plain bearing or ball bearing The plain bearings version is recommended for static radial loads, short strokes, dusty environments, it’s the more economical version. The ball bushings version is recommended for precision (no radial play), high loads at horizontal, long strokes and offcentering loads. For critical applications, we propose Strengthened and Heavy series and for simple antirotations, you can opt for Useries, Classic or Light.

U guide unit for pneumatic cylinders ISO Ø32 to Ø80 Short guide on bronze bearings Protected by wipers seals Short guide for ISO15552 pneumatic cylinder This Classic Series provides antirotation of the cylinder rod. The guide is shorter than the H Classic series and is only available in plain bearings, so this series is recommended for low strokes and moderate loads. Anticorroding Uguide For environments requiring an anticorrosion version, the steel parts can be supplied in stainless steel (rods, coupling, screws), the body and the front plate are remaining in anodized aluminum (suffix /AC after the reference). For all stainless steel guides, refer to the 34*X series. Protection kit and back stop kit on Uguide The protection kit (tube wrapping the rods at the rear of the guide), for example allows to avoid a guarding housing on a semiautomatic machine (label maker …). The back stop kit, with hydraulic shock absorber, allows

Table for pneumatic cylinders ISO Ø16 to Ø40 Guided on ball bushings Protected by wipers seals More rigid than a H guide unit These tables maintaining the same quality of guidance and rigidity throughout the stroke. For a offcentered payload in vertical, these tables allow to be more rigid than a guide unit in H. Hydraulic shock absorber on this table A hydraulic shock absorber may be placed in opposition to the pneumatic cylinder to dampen, for example, the descent and/or limit the stroke at the output of the cylinder rod. The retracting stroke can be adjusted by the floating rod coupling. Use in harsh environment For dusty environments, additional nitrile or polyurethane scrapers can be added in front of the ball bushings. An anticorrosion version can be proposed with the rods, the coupling and the screws in stainless steel (the carriage and the plates remain in anodized aluminum). It’s possible to make these tables with plain bearings (bronze or polymer) on request.

Pneumatic cylinder double acting Guided by 2 rods on ball bushings or bronze bearings Elastic damping at end of stroke Magnetic piston and Tgroove for sensor Robust and precise compact cylinder with guide Long and precise guidance because even for very short strokes, guidance is ensured by 4 bronze bearings or 4 ball bushings as the shortest body is the 50 mm stroke for lower strokes, a stroke limiting ring is placed in the cylinder. This guidance avoids the problems of buttressing, regularly encountered with ultrashort guides. These pneumatic cylinders are robust and reliable, even at high speed thanks to screwed cylinder’s covers (no circlips) an hardanodized body at 35 μ a thick front plate allowing a long centering of the rods for a better resistance to torsion Guided cylinder for universal detector The 5 / 6.5 mm Tslots allow the use of the majority of brands of magnetic detectors on the market. Front plate in steel for better torsion resistance. (support or external force offcentered from the axis of the guide) Available on the Classic, Strengthened and Heavy series for cylinders Ø50 to Ø125. Front plate in steel on guide unit These guide units are equipped with a front plate a zinc steel for better resistance to torsion. Indeed, when the front plate exerts an offcentered pressure before the end stroke of the cylinder or if the guide undergoes an external force offcentered with respect to the axis of the guide, the generated twist can cause a matting of the housing of the rod in the plate if it is aluminum, especially if the penetration of the rod is low (as on the Classic series). This range is available on the Classic, Strengthened and Heavy series for Ø50 to Ø125 cylinders.
