Precise roller grinding is an essential step in ensuring a perfect roller surface, which in turn is crucial to efficient operations and optimum quality of finished products. With this in mind, Hannecard provides regrinding and profiling of covered rollers for its customers. Along with grinding, drilling and grooving can also be provided. To guarantee optimum performance of the grinding profile, Hannecard carries out nip measurements (static and dynamic) and conducts a wear-profile analysis.

Managing documents can take a lot of time. Therefor Hannecard recently invested in the countroll® platform, an online management system especially developed for rollers, that brings all your documents and roller info digitally together! Hannecard is the first roller covering company ever who makes it possible for its customers to digitally consult and manage all their roller documents like label data, inspection reports, technical data sheets, technical drawing, and so on. All rollers covered by Hannecard are automatically equipped with a small countroll® tag and a QR-code sticker. By scanning this tag or QR code all roller data and documents can be easily consulted and managed by the customer through the cloud based countroll® web portal and the free countroll® app.

Hannecard offers a unique range of elastic rubber & polyurethane mandrel sleeves, for all mandrel types & sizes. Available in thicknesses between 4mm & 120mm, our mandrel sleeves come in all possible finishes: smooth or rough finish, inside or outside bevels & with different groove patterns including diamond, spreader, axial & rhombic (for a better water & oil release).

Rollin® SD is our innovating rubber shrinking belt solution, created to shrink denim and heavy fabrics. It has been especially designed for use on Sanfor textile machines. Rollin® SD assures an optimum shrinkage for the most demanding fabrics. Due to its new reinforced inner face, Rollin® SD always guarantees better reliability and longer life for your rubber belt.

Humans across the globe utilize roughly 400 billion cans per year for their beverage consumption and that number continues to increase year after year. To meet needs, requirements and increasing production of the beverage can industry, Hannecard developed HandyCoat®, a revolutionary coating system for beverage cans. This unique HandyCoat® system provides an extremely quick and efficient way to apply coatings to aluminum beverage cans, providing significant time and cost savings.

Electrostatic assist is used in rotogravure printing to prevent missing dots and ensure higher-quality images with high ink and color density. To guarantee the best and homogenous printing results ever seen, Hannecard developed the unique solutions HanneResist & HanneVision where carbon nano particles are added to its elastomer coatings. Thanks to this unique combination a more homogeneous electric field is generated, offering more accurate attraction of ink on the printed medium and resulting in a superior printing quality. This new technology also better controls the electric charge submitted to the roller, thus lowering the risks for over-charging and sparks.
