ITECO Oilfield Supply Group is qualified to operate Frame Agreements on behalf of our clients. This removes the responsibility of OCTG Management from the Operator. A typical Frame Agreement (Supply Agreement) would encompass the following elements: Initial well planning in conjunction with the client Purchase of tubulars in advance of the drilling requirement Storage and management of tubulars either at our own yard or at clients’ chosen location Inspection of tubulars prior to delivery to client Bundling and load out of tubulars Manufacture of accessories and completion ‘equipment jewellery’ Collation and storage of documentation associated with the project for later submission to the client Repair and refurbishment Re-Stocking Remnant management and disposal to minimise operator’s cost Worldwide sourcing capability for non-contract item ‘specials’

Our strategically positioned inventory on 5 continents (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Far East and Australasia) is available for immediate shipment worldwide. We leverage large orders into significant savings for drilling and production projects through our exclusive mill agreements. Additionally, a monthly capacity reservation with our mill partners permits a change of products up to 6 weeks prior to completion ex-mill. Our strong team develops relationships with several mills that hone supply options based on the location of the mill to drilling sites. Our supply philosophy is aligned to the Industry environment – We can facilitate and prepare supply to rig slots that become available at short notice – and late AFE approval. Through our experience in the market and by building sufficient stocks of standard products, we can satisfy the majority of well designs.
