FX-KT small trusses lift workpieces that cannot be picked up with a magnet in the center, such as rings, punching tools and flanges. Two FX magnets, adjustably mounted on a truss made of high-strength aluminum, provide a secure hold. With a few simple steps, the magnets can be removed from the truss and used individually.

FXE-T2500/50 and 4000/80 electro-permanent lifting magnet trusses in compact design with onBoard control technology are designed for frequent handling of larger formats. Like FXE lifting magnets, they can be operated directly from mains voltage and are therefore very quickly installed and ready for use. They can be controlled directly on the unit or optionally via remote control. The FXE-T6400/80 electro-permanent lifting magnet truss is a fully equipped standard unit with all options. The truss with 6400 kg max. lifting capacity is equipped with sliding magnetic modules and can thus safely move sheet metal formats from min. 1200mm length to max. 6000mm length.

FXE TTO lifting magnet trusses are used to remove large areas from laser or flame cutting tables. Parts from 100x100mm are removed from the table in their entire layer. Depending on the material thickness, whole sheets can also be placed with the FXE-TTO. The design of the system depends on the sheet format to be moved (uncut, LxWxH) and the dimension of the smallest blank.

FX-R is the series for round material handling. The deep shallow-angled prism ensures safe positioning on the load and guides the magnetic field deep into the material. The magnet system can be switched well in the entire diameter bandwidth and does not recoil, shearing of the load due to twisting is prevented by the overlapping prism. Flat material, even with low material thickness, is no problem for the FX-R. With hot workpieces, the deep prism protects the magnet core from overheating. The lifting magnet for shafts and bars.
