Simply as a replacement for steel! Plastic does not corrode and is much less costly than steel when ordered in large batches. Glass fibre reinforcement makes the plastic tough and loadbearing. Upon request, we can check whether your steel or stainless steel parts can be replaced by glass fibre-reinforced polyamides or polyurethanes at lower cost. Threads and internal threads are also possible, also steel inlays. It just depends on the batch size.

We use state-of-the-art machines to produce high-quality molded parts in the area of PU casting technology. By varying the raw materials, formulations and manufacturing processes, the properties can be specifically influenced. Therefore, we can produce difficult geometries and also larger components with the excellent properties of a polyurethane. In casting technology, small and large quantities can be produced cost-effectively using simple molds. Firm bonding with other materials (steel, aluminum, cast iron metals, etc.) is also possible.

No-crush roll made of polyurethane with hard core as well as ball bearing. This ensures enormous flexibility - an ideal application in the paper industry. Furthermore, different diameters as well as profiles are possible. The recovery properties of the no-crush roll are determined by the profile and the hardness.
