We felt that most agency/client relationships had become about ticking boxes and lost sight of what was important: fixing your pain points and focusing on generating business revenue. We’ll never tell you that we’re spending X amount of hours/points/tokens on a specific task, as that doesn’t equate to revenue, we work to a fixed retainer and work until the job is done.
