The Rocking Mixer is a gentle mixing system. The bucket is fitted with mixing turbine blades. During rotation, the machine also oscillates back and forth, achieving both a diffusion and motion-blending effect. The rocking mixer has the advantages of maintaining the integrity of materials, which means that the materials are not easily broken inside the drum, the mixing time is short and the result is a high uniformity. The rocking mixer is easy to maintain. It is suitable for materials such as medicinal or seasoning powder. A combined semi-automatic feeding system is optional.

Biconical Mixer comes in two types: deflector or blade. The advantage of the blade is that the material has high fluidity, and each batch can be completely removed without residue. It is suitable for mixing materials with different weight to content ratios. The mixing tank can be tilted at any angle, which is convenient for discharging and cleaning. It is suitable for contents with large proportional gaps such as medicine, food, chemical, or plastic materials. Options for combinational equipment are automatic feeding systems or liquid pumps for liquid mixing.

The conventional packaging method is to first rinse the bottle and then fill it. But nowadays, a better modern method to meet food sanitary requirements is to reserve the tops of the bottle necks before the bottles are sent to the beverage factory. As the top necks of the bottles are removed by the neck trimmer and then immediately sent to the filler. The advantages are no need to rinse the empty bottles to save water and avoid the leftover cleaning liquid in the bottles and the problem of sewage treatment. The neck trimmer is a rotary machine. It is suitable for removing the top neck of HDPE bottles. The spare parts are easily exchangeable for handling different bottle sizes and the operation is done without using any tools.

Automatic palletizer (best design for shrink wrapping): Automatic palletizer is used to load pallets with shrink wrap, paper partition is inserted into each layer automatically, it could prevent the unstable pile from collapsing. High level automatic palletizer and automatic low-level palletizer: Driven by chains and motor, the ejector device can push packages with push bar. By using an air cylinder, the ejector can stack packs on pallets firmly fixed at the center point and aligned in good order, according to the number of packs and the arrangement required. With a steering mechanism, the ejector device can align the bundle after a rapid steering movement forced by the acceleration wheel of the steering table, which can save the pushing time. Automatic Plastic Crate Palletizer: The automatic plastic crates palletizer is suitable for stacking all plastic crates. All stacked crates are automatically arranged in order on the pallet.

Tilting Conveyor (Internal Cap Processing): The bottle tilting conveyor is able to put the bottle in the lying position, the bottle opening and the cap can be sterilized in 30-40 seconds. Waterfall Type Cap Elevator: The strips on the elevator will hook the caps to go up, due to the central gravity difference, the caps in the wrong direction will fall down, after getting to the top of the machine, the caps will be blown into the cap chute by compressed air.

BOX & CRATE STACKER : Crates are stacked one by one vertically. Stacked height is around 4~5 layers. AUTO CRATE WASHER : The machine is suitable for washing and drying plastic crates. The spray nozzles in the crate washer are imported from Japan, Europe and the USA and can be designed to clean all angles of the crate.
