Kane Ace™ MX is Kaneka’s novel coreshell rubber (CSR) toughening system for thermo set resins. It is a predispersed CSR Masterbatch which enhances the physical properties of the resins through optimal dispersion of core-shell particles. The revolutionary liquid impact modifiers of Kane Ace™ MX achieve highly improved strength, improved fracture toughness and endurance without losing the heat resistant characteristics of thermoset resins. The liquid nature guarantees an easy handling and mixing into your system, which will save you time and reduces the production cost.

The material can be processed with conventional plastic industry equipment, such as injection molding and extrusion machinery. The typical end applications are those for which organic recyclability (compostable and anaerobic digestibility) is the intended end-of-life or for which it is challenging to avoid fragments ending up in the open environment. It is suitable for (food) packaging, organic waste management, agricultural, horticultural, and marine-related applications.

The cyclic lipopeptide structure, consisting of seven amino acids, contributes to unique, distinguishing properties. KANEKA Surfactin can create D-phase, emulsion, a bi-continuous phase that incorporates both oil and water, using a very low dosage (3 ppm). The D-phase KANEKA Surfactin can be used to formulate cleansing oil gel and small particle emulsion, and many other skincare and cosmetics products.
