Synthetic Fiber Roll Filters are formed as a result of thermal bonding of synthetic fibers without using any binders or adhesives. They provide low pressure reduction and high dust holding capacity, as well as obtaining an effective filtration thanks to the pore structure that tightens towards the air outlet direction. Although some types can be washed and reused, most of them are disposable, providing healthier filtration performance. It is available in different grades from G3 to F5. They are not affected by moisture and contact with chemicals; have high physical strength. They are used as prefilter and precision filter protective filter in Paint Booths, Central Ventilation systems.

Synthetic Ceiling Filters are composed of progressively structure media made from synthetic thermobonded fibers adhesive coated in depth. Due to applied lamination to outer side material has better resistance and the resin application to fibers allow better arrestance against paint mist. NonStandard sizes can also be manufactured as per specific customer requirements

Glass Fiber Rolls are produced from nonflammeable fibers and not suitable for washing and have progressive structure in direction to clean air side. They are used mostly by paint cabins as bottom fitler to hold paint mist and as prefilters mounted in different types of cassets. Dust holding efficiency vary from 82 to 97 %. In addition there are other class of Glass fiber rolls used by drying ovens and cabins with high temperature air circulation. They are classified according EN779 from G3 to F5

Opencell or closedcell polyurethane foams are available in all common densities and in different colours. The elastic polyether foams show a relatively high resistance to acids and caustic solutions. In addition, they are much more resistant to hydrolysis and ageing than polyester foams. Accordig to a special process called reticulation is used to subsequently open the pores to almost 100%. By this a pore structure of even, opencell filter foams in controlled pore sizes of between PPI 10 up to PPI 80 can be achieved (PPI = Pores per Inch). A benefit of the polyester foams is their shockdamping property. In addition, polyester foams are less susceptible to light ageing than polyether foams.

Fan Coil filters are produced from similiar material like synthetic nonwoven, glass fiber, filter foam which are used by casette filters as well, in standard or special sizes upon customer request and fitted to metal frames after tightness test. They are usually used as prefilters by central ventilation systems.

Nonwoven, glass fiber or foam media are cut in special plain sizes and incase of system necessity pleated to have more filter surface and longer service life and mounted in cartoon or galvanisied metal frames and used as prefilters in central air conditioning systems. In special cases activated carbon treated nonwoven media or granulated activated carbon are also used in production. In to standard sizes we can produce special sizes upon customer request.

Bag filters are used by clean air requirments as pre and final filter. Pocket filter are made of non woven synthetic, fiber media to ensure retention of solid particles up to stipulated micron rating. These are covered with supporting layer of spun bonded media to avoid any type of particles or fiber migration, even after high pressure build up and mounted in special frames. The filter frames are from plastic or galvanisied metals. According EN779 Bag Filters goes from F5 to F89 Class available in various pocket length and quantities

Compact filters are used in hospitals, airports, museums and industrial applications where medium and high quality airflow is required. These filters are used as primary and/or main filters to prevent toxic gas, aerosol and general dust pollution. They are especially suited for for handling large airflow volumes and achieve long service life times due to their large dust storage capacity. By their production different materials are used like water resistant glass fiber filter paper pleated and mounted in Vform frame. Pleats are formed and fixed with thermoplastic seperaters. Due to this special design dust are hold and spread homogen between the pleats. Their filtration quality is high and pressure drop low. For special cases Aluminium seperaters are used and such types have high capacity

Hepa Filters are mainly used in hospitals, pharma industry, nuclear industry, electronics and microelectronics where high air quality is required. Toxic dust, aerosols, bacteria, virus similiar particles are captured with hidrofobic type glass fiber filter paper pleats formed and mounted with aluminium seperaters. There are different technics by pleating the most effective is the mini pleat system which ables the highest filtration with lowest pressure drop. The filter Classes are H10 to H14 according EN1822. Metal frames are available in different materials like aluminium, 304SS, 316SS. Hepa Filters are produced in Standard sizes (see the chart down below for details), also upon customer request in special sizes.

Air filters with activated carbon are classified under 3 topics according their filtration sensitivity. They are as follows; Active Carbon absorbed Foam Cassette Filters (pleated or without pleating), Cylindrical Activated Carbon Filters and Activated Carbon Kompakt Filters. Active Carbon absorbed Foam Cassette Filters are used without pleating, but in places where more filtration surface is required pleated version is preferred and used in Standard and special sizes upon request. According system necessity cylindrical filters with activated carbon are produced and used in different places. Compact Filter with activated carbon achieve a high surface area in little space and therefore a long lifetime under economical operating conditions. .
