LA FABBRICA DEL PANFORTE

The Fabbrica del Panforte was born in 1994 driven by love, enthusiasm and the devotion with which one lavishes on a young plant, to reacquaint the world with the traditional cakes of Siena in their purest expression. The Fabbrica del Panforte uses the original recipes of Siena's baking tradition for making its cakes, which it has inherited from the master bakers who specialised in panforte.
