Description
The LPS-EMK-80 Dual Boiler Injection Machine is a product suitable for high-pressure horizontal-vertical pumping and injection tasks involving high-density, low-fluidity value, and granular mixtures like calcium-based construction chemicals, cement, plaster, ready-mix mortar, bran, and slurries. Its maximum aggregate size is 0 - 2 mm. It offers successful solutions for a range of applications such as filling foundations of structures like bridges, buildings, dams, filling cement slurries into rock bolts, anchors, and fissures, as well as pumping any kind of mortar, clay, mud, and horizontal-vertical transport of various fluid or semi-fluid materials. The machine is equipped with an integrated mixer boiler and a water inlet, facilitating the easy preparation of mixtures in desired ratios, or ready-made mixtures can also be used. The material in the boiler is conveyed to the application point via a hose.
