Taking this as our basis and we are able to harvest, with minimal interruption, fresh and natural produce of the highest quality that meets all international standards. We produce Fresh Bluebberies, Asparagus and Dried Fruits. . Our plantation produces from 80 to 100 tons of Fresh Blueberries. We have big veriety of dried fruits (Strawberry, Figs, Melon, Plum and etc. ) that are dried like fresh. Fruits are grown and dried without any preservatives, chemicals, or additives. Our primery goal is producing healthy products for our customers. Dried without preservatives or sweeteners, our organic dried fruits emit distinct, luscious, sweet and tart flavors only produced from the best Georgian products. Our company is using Cold-Drying Process Technology compared to alternative methods like Freeze-drying or Hot-drying, our technology preserves most of enzymes, vitamins and mineral salts, and most importantly keeps the aroma and texture of the origin fruit. In our process we keep both advantages of fresh fruits and shelf life of dry.
