COMPACT The Fiber laser robust design and high-quality optical components guarantee high strength and low maintenance. Whether integrated on production lines or robotic cells, its implementation is simple in all mounting positions. The laser marker can be oriented to the part surface to significantly reduce installation times and costs. INDUSTRIAL Equipped to meet the needs of Industry 4.0 in terms of identification marking, the Fiber laser marker is equipped as standard with full network communication ports allowing full compatibility with all PLCs brands and ensure quick and cost-effective integration. POWERFUL This laser marking machine is available in several powers, 20W, 30W and 50W. The 20W laser head is adapted for most of the applications for a surface marking, 30w is the solution for your fast and high-contrast markings, and 50W is the most suitable solution for deep laser markings.

EXTRAORDINARY PEAK POWER The Hybrid laser is characterized by its peak power and extremely short pulse duration. Thanks to its high peak power of up to 150,000 W per shot, which is 15 times more powerful than a standard fiber laser at the same energy level, it offers a unique interaction on plastics for high-contrast marking permanent marking. DPSS LASER The small diameter of the laser spot is combined with a very short pulse duration of 8ns, 10 times shorter than a standard fiber laser. The quality of the direct marking is perfect, with no halos or distortion due to heating. It is the ideal solution for applications requiring thin marking and perfect aesthetic results such as the horology and jewelry sectors. VERSATILITY: METAL OR PLASTIC ENGRAVING All types of direct marking finishes are possible thanks to the power range of the HYBRID laser. It is the perfect solution when you have a variety of parts made of different materials from hard metal to soft plastic engraving.

FROM THE NATURAL TO THE TRANSPARENT Our powerful and versatile CO2 laser engravers use a 10600nm wavelength in the infrared range, which provides a precise and permanent marking on a wide range of materials such as natural materials (wood, leather, paper, transparent material (glass, transparent plastics) and coated materials (painted surfaces, anodized aluminium). ECO-FRIENDLY SOLUTION FOR IDENTIFICATION MARKING Direct marking with CO2 laser engraver is a real alternative to stamping, inkjet or labelling in several fields. The CO2 laser works without consumables, unlike the other alternatives, so there is no need to replace ink or stop the laser head for maintenance. ONE SOLUTION FOR MARKING & READING With the efficient Vision Manager, identification of your parts is ensured. High-efficiency reading camera, easy to install, grade analysis and sending status information to the PLC are some of the features the module offers.

TOUCH SCREEN Just press the touch screen and the LW2 takes care of the rest! The door closes automatically, the laser is positioned at the right focus height, the marking is done in a few seconds and the door opens. This laser station does not require training. Just prepare your marking jobs and load them into your industrial marking solution via the USB port. COMPLETE SAFETY This laser marking system is certified as class 1 laser products, allowing use in unrestricted environments: integrated fail-safe relay, protective glass, door closure security, emergency stop, door fitted with sensors and anti-pinch system, integrated extraction and filtration solution to protect users from dust and smoke.
