Our biodegradable jars are ready for manufacturing in Germany and in Japan. We have two different mateial grades, 'Premium' and 'Universal'. 'Premium' material which contains visible wood chips adds natural and luxurious look to our customer's product., while 'Universal' material with smaller wood chip inside gives smooth texture and fits well with our customers' brand image. 4 different size jars(7ml, 9ml, 133ml and 200ml ) are currently available for oily and powder cosmetics such as balm and shea butter oils. 150ml jar is going to be availabel in 2022 Q1. In addition, 60ml new jar just became available for water-based cosmetics. <Feature> ・100 % plant-based material ・9 standard colour available ・Industrial compostable and free from microplastics (EN13432) ・Natural and luxurious look ・Custom designed product available upon request In additon, we can provide logo printing and liners for better sealing.

Nissha Europe GmbH started series production of standard jars for dry and powder food, supplement, cosmetic and pharmaceutical/medical industry. Currently, 5 different sizes(7ml, 9ml, 60ml, 133ml and 200ml) with 2 different material grades are available. Special feature ・Jars are made with 100% plant-based material ・Industrial compostable and microplastic free ・Natural and luxurious looking ・Food contact safety for dry and oily food ・Good for oily cosmetics ・Custom design products are available ・Logo printing and liners available Available services ・Standard jar production with 8 different colours ・Logo printing ・Liner assembly (for better air tightness) ・Custom-made packaging production(tray, case and components) We provide one-stop solution for our customers from customized molding tool to mass-production of the final products upon requests from our customers. We also provide logo printing service on a lid. Qualified production and products Our jars are certified as industrial compostable materials (EN 13432) and passed food contact safety material tests for dry and oily food such as food supplement, tea leaves and chocolate following (EU) No.10/2011 and (EC) No.1935/2004. In addition to this, all of jars are manufactured in factories verified with GMP in the food packaging industry.
