Quick Sour is a powdery acidifying agent which, depending on the quantity used, produces a customized sour flavor. Its specific composition and application technology prevents acid migration, staining, and stickiness.

Quick Acid is an acidifying agent used to sprinkle gums and jellies. Our Quick Acid product line contains diverse combinations of wax-coated or grease-coated acids. Quick Acid can be dosed individually and produces a long-lasting and intense sour flavor. By encapsulating the acid, it produces stable and durable goods and prevents hydrolysis on their surface.

Our Quick Oil range includes high-quality anti-sticking agents for hard or soft cast gums and jellies. The functional properties of our oiling agents are determined by their composition. The use of Quick Oil promises a perfect polish and protects against drying up while producing a homogeneous and transparent surface shine. Quick Oil is based on highly stable, oxidation-resistant oils and purified waxes. We advise our customers, according to their requirements on a product and its manufacturing process, as to which combination of oils and waxes is ideally suited for their respective application.

Quick Dip is an anti-sticking and glazing agent for flavored fruit strings and extruded licorice products. This releasing agent for extruded mogul products prevents the products from sticking together during the manufacturing process and in packaging. It creates a homogeneous shine on the product surface while protecting it against drying up. Quick Dip is based on an alcohol and an oil component and is available in different variants. Berry wax, also known as sumac wax or Japan wax, is obtained from the berry fruit peel of the lacquer tree (Rhus verniciflua). It is 100% vegan and popular in cosmetics for its moisturizing properties. Moreover, it is ideally suited as an additive to waxes with higher melting temperatures and serves as an excellent stabilizer.

We offer berry wax as pastilles. Their very bright color makes them universally applicable.

Candelilla wax is obtained from the leaves of the candelilla shrub (Euphorbia cerifera and Euphorbia antisyphilitica) native to northern Mexico. This vegetable wax is hard, brittle, and has a yellow to light brown color.

Carnauba wax is a vegetable wax originating from the north of Brazil. It is light yellow to dark brown-gray in color and valued as the hardest among all natural waxes. It is available as flakes, pastilles, and powder.
