It is intense ruby red with violet reflections in its youth: the aromas are intense and varied, centered on fruity, floral and spicy notes with a slight vegetal hint. The taste is intense, velvety and savory, with an elegant structure with compound and fine quality tannins. The warm alcoholic note supports the softness and conveys the sensations towards a perfect taste-olfactory correspondence. The finish is persistent and closes with hints of fruit and spices.

Straw yellow colored wine in which elegant citrine reflections play. Delicate, pleasant, intense and characteristic perfume. The flavor is dry, slightly aromatic, on a bitter background reminiscent of almond.

Ruby red in color, with light purple reflections when young, it becomes garnet over the years. Dry, rough, bitter taste, soft and velvety with age.
