We produce 1.500 tons of trout portions each year for your health.

It has a body covered with easily peelable, silver, thin and rounded scales. It is a very delicious and healty fish. It contains various vitamins and minerals. It includes potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iodine, zinc , vitamins D, A and B. Turkish salmon is rich in protein.

Our Salmon Steak product is a frozen product. Store at -18 C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Consume before the expiration date. The freezing date, expiration date and batch number are available on the packaging.
