Pyrometric Assembly

Actor in the field of instrumentation, Deltafluid offers measurement products in pyrometry. Our range includes thermometers to obtain direct indications of temperature but also temperature sensors (resistance probe, thermocouple, multi-point probe, pyrometer assembly ...) which can be coupled with transmitters.

A flow indicator or flow monitor makes it possible to visually observe the passage of a fluid. It is therefore equipped with a transparent window to visualize the flowing fluid. In the case of transparent fluids, it is also equipped with fins that can be seen rotating in the presence of a flow.

The flanges on the measuring elements and the piping allow easy assembly and disassembly unlike the welded assembly. Different types of flanges are available to meet all standards, all requirements in all areas of activity. Orifice flanges : They are used for flow measurement with orifice plates. They allow, thanks to the integrated pressure taps, to recover high and low pressure (Δp).

The function of a restriction orifice is to limit a flow rate or to reduce a pressure in a pipe. It is calibrated according to the technical specifications of the installation so as to reach the desired pressure or flow rate; according to the values ​​to be achieved, either simple restriction orifices (single-hole or multi-hole) or multi-stage restriction orifices can be proposed. It advantageously replaces a simple valve: simpler, more economical, more robust and maintenance free.
