ALM Pro is a smart software solution, which removes the need to manually log on and log off from your Cisco IP Phone. This process is fully automated by ALM Pro. Additionally ALM Pro adds more control to the log on and log off process, so it improves usability of your Cisco IP Phone Extension Mobility. ALM will simultaneously log off the connected phone at selected events, e.g. when the PC is locked or when the screensavers starts. The user or its administrator has the option to customize the ALM Pro behaviour.

Active Login Manager Express is a Single Sign On solution for Cisco VoIP Telephony implementations which use the Cisco Communications Manager Express (CME). The Application Manager is a web-based tool to manage RSconnect Unified Communications applications like ALM. The main features of the management console are: - Management of profiles and users - Management of application features - Permissions and the management of license usage and renewal. This application management solution manages all end-users from a central console. This is especially useful for IT departments managing 1000+ workspaces or multiple office locations.

The Call Forwarding Assistant simplifies the use of the Cisco call forwarding feature. It brings two sigificant benefits for organizations using Cisco desktop telephones and/or Jabber: - Users are no longer bound to the manual Cisco keypad activation to forward calls. They now automatically activate call forwarding each time their computer is switched off or enters standby mode. - Users won’t miss any calls to their desktop phones anymore. As soon as they close their computer and leave their desks, calls are forwarded to their mobile or another extension.

The Inventory Manager regularly scans your Cisco switches and dynamically builds a ‘map’ of the IP network and the connected devices (e.g. phones, computers, laptops, printers). The inventory provides a sound baseline for customer-specific network management applications. The Inventory Manager is a server-based application which periodically can scan up to 10.000 different Cisco switches in a network. An example is the use of the Inventory Manager in certain customer-specific deployment scenarios of our ALM Single Sign-On application. In order to create a mapping between Cisco IP phones in the network and attached computers, laptops or thin clients, the Inventory Manager periodically scans the network and creates the mapping. This mapping ensures that each time someone starts his or her laptop, the right IP phone in the network is associated to that user.

The Analytics and Reporting Manager collects usage and configuration data from Unified Communications applications and the network. These reports and analytics help companies and organizations to improve or redesign their business architectures and operations.
