The RipCap® 42mm closure is an easy-to-use, wide mouth ring pull cap suitable for use on a wide variety of beverages. It offers a safe and convenient alternative to standard bottle caps. RipCap® differentiates product packs with an innovative opening experience, audibly and visually. The shell and ring pull can be branded with own design. The wide mouthed smooth container finish offers a high level of drinkability. RipCap® ring pull caps offer excellent product protection. It is highly tamper-evident in a one-piece closure. Will not corrode or contaminate contents. The RipCap® is easy to open; place a finger through the ring, then pull out, up and off, in a single smooth flowing action. No tools required! Utilising specially tempered aluminium, and selected sealing and lining systems, the wide mouth RipCap® closure is suitable for carbonated and still products, and can withstand normal forces encountered with pasteurisation, hot fill and sterilisation processes.

Crown caps for your customised need. We manufacture crown cork bottle caps with different lining materials and colour options to meet your needs. Crown caps are suitable for glass, plastic, and aluminium bottles, and can be used for all kind of beverages. Crown caps are possible to get with standard Pantone PMS colours, plain one colour printing or multicolour CMYK printing. Also, it is possible to apply customer designed printing, including inside printing. For printing we use the offset printing method. Inside printing gives you more opportunities for product differentiation and marketing. Our crown caps are made of tinplated steel (TP, electrolytically coated or lined with tin) or tin free steel (TFS, chromium plated steel). We use BPA-free lacquers. A range of crown caps are available in standard stock colours. Plain stock colours of crown caps are available by the box.

LuxTop closure consists of a fine aluminium cap and a plastic thread insert. Over many years Finn-Korkki has built a strong set of skills in luxury aluminium closure design, development, and manufacture. These skills have allowed us to offer luxury aluminium closure solutions to different beverage manufacturers. Our key skills are in offering design ideas, experience of stamping aluminium of various thicknesses and knowledge of techniques for securing a plastic thread into an aluminium cap. LuxTop -Luxury aluminium closure gives an excellent look and feel to your premium beverage, and it strengthens the brand message from the packaging side. The closure can be branded by combining different colours for the plastic thread insert and the aluminium cap. The top of the aluminium cap can be printed or embossed.
