The Meyer Precision Lathes range from 330mm to 660mm swing capacities and from 1000mm to 3000mm distance between centres. The sturdy SB industrial lathes are ideal for the tool room and for jobbing operations. The heavy duty SG machines are available in eight different sizes and have the added benefit of 2-axis DRO and the super quick tool change system fitted as standard. The ST range are large capacity industrial lathes with a 660mm swing with the distances between centres available up to 3000mm. Power traverse is fitted as standard equipment to all ST models which are operator friendly for the longer length machines. All Meyer industrial lathes are of the Gap Bed design with precision ground bed and saddle. Meyer machines are equipped with generous levels of standard equipment including 3 and 4 jaw chucks and face plate.

The Meyer range of geared-head pillar drills covers every essential requirement for our customers who need drill presses, but aren't looking for a bench drill. Drilling and tapping capacities to suit any requirement. From tough reliability to peerless precision engineering, the range is superbly engineered to deliver. All four of the Meyer pillar drills can be demonstrated at any of our three branches and as part of our first class after-sales service, our trained engineers are on hand to provide technical advice and can rapidly respond to any issues that may arise. The drills are manufactured with high quality components and assembled with highest standards of accuracy resulting in machines sold worldwide and bought with confidence.

The Meyer Turret Milling Machine 415V are high precision, very accurate and extremely versatile turret milling machines. The turret head can be inclined upwards and downwards, rotated in both vertical and horizontal planes, clockwise and anticlockwise. Each angle can be finely set due to the degree scales for all three variations. X, Y and Z axis are easily and accurately controlled by both the hand wheels, with micrometer scales which can be zeroed, and the intuitive DRO system. The 220R and 220RX models accept R8 tooling whilst the 375S and 560S models driven by powerful motors accept ISO40 tooling. Stepped variable power feed with fast override button is fitted as standard to the X axis on the 220R and 220RX models and to X, Y and Z axis on the 375S and 560S machines.

The Morgan Rushworth DBR Manual Bending Sheet Roll range from 0.6mm – 0.8mm with bending lengths up to 1050mm. All models are of asymmetric design providing pre bending capability. The top slip roll allows removal of cylindrical components.

The Morgan Rushworth MBR top roll to slip models range from 1.5mm – 3mm with a maximum bending length up to 2050mm. The rugged heavy duty cast iron frame ensures long working life. The asymmetric roll configuration enables pre bending capability.
