GESIPA® profile clinching blind rivets are ideal for maintaining defined distances during component assembly or for setting a stop in running rails. Accordingly this special rivet is used in the white goods and furniture industry among others.

The blind rivet connection itself is a non-detachable connection. However in order to be able to attach further detachable components GESIPA® has the threaded blind rivet in its product range. The threaded blind rivet has a stud with M5 or M6 external thread to which further parts can be mounted using an additional nut.

With the brushless motor and 13,000 N setting force, the AccuBird Pro is extremely fast and sets blind rivets up to 6 mm diameter of all materials. The BLDC motor of the AccuBird Pro is extremely durable and almost wear-free. The optional autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process and the AccuBird Pro is ready to work again immediately. The AccuBird Pro is also equipped with the low-wear chuck jaw system that has already proven itself thousands of times over. The pressure release ensures that the components to be riveted lie reliably on top of each other without a gap before the riveting process. Furthermore, it is ensured that the blind rivet reaches its final position in the bore before the setting process and that the setting head is in contact. The pressure force can be variably adjusted by springs, depending on the application. In addition, you can now get the AccuBird® Pro with the new CAS battery - one battery for operating more than 180 cordless tools!

Due to the brushless motor and the 20,000 N setting force, the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is even stronger and sets blind rivets of all materials up to 6.4 mm diameter. The autoreverse function enables a faster setting process, the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is ready for work again immediately. Thanks to a tool stroke of 25 mm, setting particularly long rivets is no problem. Thanks to its brushless design, the motor of the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is extremely durable and almost wear-free.
