The Performax Easy IQ is a high quality Industrial standard anti-static bar. The static eliminator has a glassfiber reinforced body that provides for easy and sturdy mounting. Due to the strength of the bar sizes up to more than 5 meter can be delivered. Mounting the anti-static bar could be realised with few mounting screws. The bar has an integrated 24v power supply with a rugged industrial M8 connection. The very effective bar makes discharging of high static charges possible, even in high-speed production applications up to 1000m/s. The bar is complete shockless so touching the Tungsten(Wolfram) pins is completely safe. The bar functions completely stand-alone and can for future demands be connected to external sensors and monitoring systems to create a full closes loop feedback system. Function control of the bar is done by means of high-power LED to make check-up of the functionality of the bar an easy job, even from further distances.

The Performax Easy Ex has an integrated high voltage power supply and requires only a low voltage input of 24V DC. A two color high bright LED visualises bar ON (green) or bar FAULT (red). On the standard connection cable an additional wires for remote on/off contact is available and a signal indicating high voltage O.K. The Performax Easy Ex bar has light slanted ends and protection classification IP66 which allows easy cleaning. The aluminum profile offers a very rugged structure even up to 3 meters. Universal mounting brackets are supplied for various mounting options.

Each individual emitter point of this rectangular anti-static bar is coupled capacitively to the high voltage. You will there fore not get an electrical shock when the point is accidentally touched. This anti-static bar has been approved for use in certain hazardous environments. The 5m long primary cable shall be connected to the mains voltage. A neon lamp can indicate that high voltage is present. Under certain conditions the P-Sh-N-Ex bar is capable of neutralizing the materials from a maximum distance of 200 mm.
